Terms of Use

By using voralunex.pro you accept these Terms. We may update terms from time to time — the version on this page is authoritative. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

  • Eligibility: You must be 16+ or have parental consent to book classes.
  • Bookings: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Payments: Payments are processed through our payment provider; we do not store card details.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Under the ACL you have statutory guarantees for goods and services. Our services (workshops) are covered by these guarantees.

Refunds & Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled by you or us. Our standard policy:

  • Full refund if we cancel or if you cancel with 7+ days notice.
  • 50% refund for cancellations 48 hours – 6 days before the class.
  • *** refund for cancellations within 48 hours, but transfers may be possible at our discretion.

Exceptional circumstances (serious illness, travel bans) are considered case-by-case. Refunds issued to the original payment method within 14 days where practicable.

To the extent permitted by law, Voralunex's liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded where they apply.

All content, images and course materials on voralunex.pro are owned or licensed by Voralunex. You may not reproduce or use materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
